How do I find the right size for my running shoes?
We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe and consulting our detailed Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up by half a size to allow for natural foot swelling during long runs.
What is your return policy for athletic wear?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming race or event.
Are Happystride products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our performance gear comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
How should I care for my moisture-wicking apparel?
To maintain the technical properties of the fabric, machine wash cold with similar colors and air dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can clog the fibers and reduce breathability.
Do you offer international shipping?
