At Happystride, we want you to love your gear; if your new sports apparel doesn't help you hit your peak performance, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the gear is free from signs of wear.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
